Their ERV timers are simple devices are installed to run when, for example you have finished showering and want to recover the heat and moisture that is in your bathroom. In order to recover that heat and apply it into your fan coil, you have now re-purposed that heat resulting in $$ savings because you don’t need to use the conventional heat from your building.
